Micromax Launches new Canvas Tab P680 with 3G support Priced at Rs. 9,499

Micromax has launched another budget Canvas Tab P680 8-inch tablet at the price of Rs. 9,499. The company recently launched its Canvas Tab P690 running Android KitKat with similar specifications.

The new micromax Canvas Tab P680 comes with 8-inch WXGA IPS display with resolution of 1280x800 pixels, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, along with 1GB of RAM. The Canvas Tab P960 comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage space and it has expansion storage option up to 32GB via microSD crad slot.

The Canvas Tab P680 sports a 5-megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and 2-megapixel front-facing camera with Video calling purpose, it packs a 4,000mAh battery.

The device runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and houses dual SIM card slots with support for 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB OTG.

Commenting on the launch, Vineet Taneja, CEO, Micromax Informatics, said, "With the launch of this new tablet model P680, users will get the best immersive audio and video experience, giving them full- fledged entertainment."

The Canvas Tab P680 will be available at all leading retail outlets and online partners in metallic copper color at a price of Rs 9,499, starting 22nd August 2015.
