Asus launches ZenFone GO with 5-inch INR. 7,999

Asus has launched ZenFone Go in India priced at Rs. 7,999. The device will be available via ASUS exclusive outlets, all leading retail stores and on Flipkart. The handset will be available in Black, White, and Red colour variants.

The Asus ZenFone Go comes with a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) full HD IPS display with pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt storage and it supports expend storage option up to 64GB via microSD card slot, the smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop-based ZenUI on top.

The ZenFone Go sports an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture, while there is a 2-megapixel front-facing camera also on board. It is backed by a 2,070mAh battery. It supports dual Micro-SIM cards with dual standby support.

The ZenFone Go comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity options.

Announcing the availability of the ZenFone Go, Peter Chang, Regional Head, South Asia and Country Manager - System Business Group - ASUS India, said, "We are excited to announce the availability of ZenFone Go for our Indian users.
