Huawei Launched G8 with Metal Body, Fingerprint Sensor at IFA 2015
Huawei at its IFA 2015 event in Berlin launched the new Mate S Smartphone. Huawei has officially launched the G8 handset at IFA 2015. The Smartphone will be available with a price of EUR 399 (approx Rs. 30,000). And it will be available in Dark Silver, Gold, and White colour variants.
The Huawei G8 features an all metal body comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD display and features a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass. It is powered by an 1.5GHz + 1.2GHz 8-core coupled with 3GB of RAM, and also comes with 32GB of on-board storage with microSD expansion up to 64GB.
The G8 sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with optical image stabilization, while there is a selfie focus 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device packed 3,000mAh battery. The dual-SIM handset supports 4G LTE on both the SIM cards, and it runs Android 5.1 Lollipop Based Huawei’s Emotion UI 3.1 on top.
There’s also a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back side of the handset, which Huaweisays comes with its Fingerprint Sense 2.0 technology.
Huawei G8 will be available in several markets starting this month include China, Egypt, Germany, Malaysia, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, and United Kingdom among others.
