Xiaomi Announced Upgraded Redmi 2A with 2GB RAM, 16GB Storage
Xiaomi has introduced an upgraded variant of the Redmi 2A Smartphone in China. The Xiaomi Redmi 2A will be going on sale starting from September 8th, 2015. In the company's home country priced at CNY 549 (approx Rs. 5,700).
The upgraded Redmi 2A comes with a 4.7-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD IPS display, with pixel density of 312ppi. It is powered by a 4-core Cortex-A7 1.5GHz processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of Inbuilt storage under the hood.
The upgraded Redmi 2A 4G LTE support, dual SIM dual standby support an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2,200mAh battery with fast charging technology.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Direct and wireless display functionality, Bluetooth, alongside GPS/ A-GPS. It retains the same dimensions as the Redmi 2 as well, at 134.00x67.20x9.40mm.
